Baby girl born with additional head on her stomach gets new lease on life!

A baby girl’s life has been saved, after a miraculous surgical procedure to remove the appendage of her parasitic twin. Amazingly, the hospital did not charge the family for any surgery fees.



Indian doctors at JK Lone Hospital in Jaipur have successfully removed the appendage of a parasitic twin from a baby girl, in a miraculous surgery, which took four hours to complete on April 26.

Her 21-year-old mother, who declined to be named, had experienced excruciating pain during her pregnancy. After going through a sonography scan and an ultrasound, she was informed that she was carrying twins. Little did the doctors know that it was a parasitic twin until the baby girl was born via caesarean section at Ram Snehi Hospital in Rajasthan.
